Quienes la practican aseguran que permite una mayor concentración en cuerpo, mente y espíritu
San Francisco, California. Desde abril pasado, un centro comunitario de San Francisco puso en marcha una nueva tendencia en la práctica del yoga que promete traer más beneficios a la salud. Se trata de clases de yoga al desnudo, en la que los asistentes realizan sus rutinas y ejercicios completamente desnudos, acompañados únicamente por su colchoneta.
Nicole Daedone, una de las fundadoras del Centro One Taste Urban Retreat, establecido hace casi un año, fue quien tuvo la idea de integrar a los cursos que ya ofrecen, una clase por 90 minutos de yoga al desnudo, con la intención de que las personas logren una mayor conexión con su cuerpo. "Esta clase no es una experiencia sexual sino una en la que los asistentes puedan sentirse más libres y sin ataduras para practicar el yoga", aclaró.
Agrega que se trata de todo un ritual en el que los practicantes se van despojando de su ropa conforme desarrollan sus ejercicios. "El resultado es que logran concentrarse más en sí mismos y realizan sus prácticas con una mayor intensidad, que obviamente les da mayores beneficios a su cuerpo, mente y espíritu."

No sé que decir respecto a esto, hay pros y contras pero también se me hace un poquito exagerado y díficil. Lo que sí sé es que el solo hecho de ver cómo se te va formando el músculo es bien estimulante. Ponte una camiseta sin mangas cuando te toque brazo y con sólo ver cómo se van marcando los músculos te estimula a seguir y aguantas más. No se tú. Claro que con el yoga es diferente......
yo soy de los de la opinion de que hacer yoga desnudo es bueno, pero en privado, tambien jugar a las cebollitas, al chinchi lagua y a las luchitas puede que se tengas mejores resulados...

HAHAH ¡Caray! Pss yo estuve prácticando yoga por un tiempo el año pasado... ¡pero con ropa! Y si así no te la acabas con los mirones en ciertas posiciones, ¡pues menos naked! }:P
¿Tu crees? Con el albur incluído en la genética del mexicano... ¡nombre! No creo que funcione en nuestro país.
Por otra parte, si así dicen que la GFU es una secta que vende videos pr0n de los alumnos en las regaderas y la raza haciendo posiciones... imagínate lo que se dirá de un viaje "al desnudo".
Además -sinceramente- sería un poco disturbing y yuckie voltear alrededor al momento de realizar determinadas posturas... }:S Neta... no quiero ni graficarlo en la mente. >_<"
